RC Willey Home Furnishings is seeking dedicated and energetic Warehouse Workers for our receiving shift at the Distribution Center located in Roseville, CA. This position offers a starting pay of $18.50 per hour and operates on a day shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in our operations by unloading and loading trucks or containers, putting merchandise away in aisles, stocking shelves, tagging, and locating products. You will also be responsible for performing any other reasonable duties as assigned by management. We are looking for individuals who can lift up to 100 lbs regularly and are comfortable working at heights of up to 40 feet. Additionally, you will need to become certified on forklifts and other moving equipment within 30 days of employment. Our team-oriented environment requires the ability to work at a fast pace and collaborate effectively with others. To ensure your success, we provide onsite training and one-on-one coaching from our support staff. Overtime may be required depending on workload, and to maintain a safe environment for our employees and customers, we conduct a criminal background check and drug screening.
