Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications preferred.
- 2+ years of warehouse experience, with some leadership or team lead responsibility.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification may be required).
Responsibilities
- Lead and support warehouse staff in daily tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Assign work orders and adjust workloads based on staffing levels and operational needs.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Train new and existing team members on equipment, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor productivity and performance, providing coaching and feedback when needed.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
