Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications preferred.
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience, with some leadership or team lead responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification may be required).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support warehouse staff in daily tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Assign work orders and adjust workloads based on staffing levels and operational needs.
  • Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Train new and existing team members on equipment, processes, and best practices.
  • Monitor productivity and performance, providing coaching and feedback when needed.
  • Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
