Ontic's Chatsworth, CA, site specializes in precision engineering, MRO, and new solutions for parts at risk of obsolescence. With over 1,400 employees across four time zones and seven sites, we have more than doubled in size since 2019 and are continuing to grow at pace. Our team is looking for a Warehouse Worker to join them. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and will have an onsite work structure in Chatsworth, CA.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalence
- Ability to use all standard warehouse equipment
- Strong computer and technical skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- ability to work overtime
Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records
- Maintain inventory accuracy across receiving, issuing, picking, and shipping
- Ensure accuracy on all documentation related to inventory transactions
- Report any inventory discrepancies directly to management
- Maintain a 24-hour turnaround time for kits and sales orders
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service
- Practice good safety awareness and follow company safety guidelines
- Work effectively with coworkers, customers, and other departments by sharing ideas constructively and positively
