About The Position

The Warehouse Worker I plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse by handling the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. This position involves physically managing inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The role requires attention to detail to accurately track inventory and ensure that all products are handled safely and in compliance with company policies. The Warehouse Worker I supports the broader logistics and supply chain functions by facilitating timely and accurate movement of goods. Ultimately, this position contributes to customer satisfaction by helping to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly and delivered on schedule. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The initial work location for this position will be Cypress, TX, with a planned transition to our new facility on 14959 Jacintoport Blvd, Houston, TX 77015 effective approximately March 2026. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills to understand work instructions and complete documentation.
Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Sort, organize, and store products in designated locations within the warehouse.
Pick and prepare orders for shipment according to company procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse environment.
Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet daily operational goals.
