About The Position

The Warehouse positions are responsible for ensuring that material is readily available to send to customers. These positions must accurately and safely receive and store materials, as well as picking and packing orders for pickup and delivery to customers, maintaining Coburn's exceptional standard of customer service.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred OR 2 years of experience in related industry.
• Successful passing of the company-issued aptitude test.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to read a map and/or follow written directions.
• Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Physical mobility and dexterity to frequently stand, bend, push, twist, kneel, climb, squat, stoop, and reach overhead.
• Ability to operate forklifts and work with tools and equipment.
• Must pass company required drug screen and physical.
• Minimum age of 18 years old to operate a forklift and successfully complete Coburn's Forklift Operator Certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive all physical items and match them to the packing slip, checking in material within the same day with no injuries, near misses, or damaged product.
• Safely place material in the proper location (bin/shelf) on the same day it arrives for easy access by future pullers.
• Pick/pull correct material in a timely and safe manner, staging it in the appropriate area with no injuries, near misses, or damaged product.
• Prepare correct material for delivery in a timely manner by gathering and staging it along with the Packing Slip or Confirmed Transfer, ensuring no injuries, near misses, or damage.
• Deliver orders accurately and timely to the correct customer location in a safe manner while maintaining Coburn's exceptional level of customer service.
