About The Position

The Warehouse Worker position at Mountain Manufacturing is essential for maintaining the efficient flow of products through the distribution process. Warehouse associates work independently and as part of a team to perform various tasks that contribute to the company's success in food distribution.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
• Ability to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift
• Capability to lift, stack, and/or pull products weighing between 10-90 pounds
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry)
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse duties including forklift put-away, will-call selection, and order selection.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse area, loading dock, and trailers.
• Conduct daily safety checks of assigned forklift/pallet jack.
• Perform damage control checks on received items and report issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures as per company guidelines.
• Review work schedule and prepare for operations accordingly.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards as per company guidelines.
• Secure all equipment and complete necessary paperwork.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
