About The Position

UPS Warehouse Worker/Temporary Cover Drivers work inside as warehouse workers and, when needed, drive UPS trucks to deliver packages to customers. They are a friendly, physically active crew who enjoy being outdoors and working in a fast-paced environment. As a temporary cover driver (TCD), you will work 8-10 hours each day, either Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday, and must have excellent customer contact and driving skills. As a warehouse worker, you will typically work 3.5-5 hours each day during the same schedule and be required to work your assigned shift based on operational needs.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Stamina for physically demanding work
• Valid driver's license (Type varies by State)
• Pass the DOT physical
• Excellent customer contact and driving skills
• Legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload boxes of various sizes
• Deliver packages to homes and businesses
• Maintain excellent customer contact
• Comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform
