We are currently seeking a dedicated warehouse team member to join our operations in Rancho Cucamonga. This role is essential to our mission of providing top-notch service to our customers and requires a motivated individual who is not only hard-working but also comfortable with physically demanding tasks. The ideal candidate will embody our values of teamwork and customer service, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This position involves significant physical activity, including heavy lifting in a non-climate controlled environment. Candidates should be prepared for the demands of the job, which includes unloading and inspecting incoming products, typically weighing between 50-75 pounds, primarily by hand. Additionally, the role requires pulling, staging, and loading products for customer deliveries, while maintaining a high standard of service. Deliveries will be made using a 26-foot box truck, and candidates must meet the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements to qualify for this responsibility. We are looking for individuals who are ready to commit to a long-term position with us, contributing to a team-oriented environment where everyone works together to achieve common goals. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with opportunities for early morning overtime. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $23 to $28 per hour based on experience, with additional bonuses available for driving and performance.
