About The Position

Join Uline's warehouse team in 2025 and take advantage of competitive pay ranging from $25 to $38 per hour, depending on the position and shift. Uline is hosting weekly open interviews for various warehouse roles, where registration is preferred but walk-ins are welcome. The interviews take place every Tuesday from 2 PM to 4:30 PM and every Thursday from 9 AM to 11:30 AM at their Pleasant Prairie, WI location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent for Order Selector position.
• Bachelor's degree for Warehouse Management Trainee position.
• Ability to frequently move packages weighing up to 50 - 70 lbs.
• Comfortable on warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Unload shipments from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Load outbound trailers with Uline product for customers.
• Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program.
• Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
