About The Position

The role involves various warehouse activities including lifting, operating machinery, and maintaining housekeeping standards. You will be responsible for filling out paperwork for receiving and shipping documents accurately and in a timely manner. The position requires performing receiving activities such as unloading and putting away products, as well as shipping activities that include loading various types of vehicles. Picking activities will also be part of your duties, which involve picking full pallet quantities and building pallets bag by bag. Additional job duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a consecutive basis required
• Previous forklift experience preferred, but not required
• Must be available to work weekends
• Previous warehouse experience a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, manual pallet jacks, and order-pickers in accordance with OSHA requirements
• Maintain specified housekeeping assignments in accordance with the provided guidelines
• Fill out paperwork for receiving and shipping documents in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform receiving activities including unloading and put away functions
• Perform shipping activities including loading various types of vehicles
• Perform picking activities including picking full pallet quantities and building pallets bag by bag
• Perform other job duties assigned that are found to be necessary
