CHEP is looking for a motivated Warehouse Operator to join our team in Bolingbrook, IL! As a Warehouse Operator, you will be empowered to ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the warehouse environment. This role involves cleaning and sanitizing various bulk shipping containers. 1st shift - Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm.

• Ability to position containers weighing up to 50lbs at least 63% of work shift.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.
• Maintain awareness of pedestrian and vehicle traffic in the work area.
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment daily.
• Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of bulk shipping containers utilizing a pressure washer, foamer and sanitizing fog.
• Clean and sanitize containers using food grade chemicals mixed to correct concentrations.
