About The Position

Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America with a focus on healthy hydration. We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. The position is located at our factory in Hawkins, TX, with a compensation of $27.64/hour and a shift differential of 6%-8% of the base hourly rate for applicable hours worked. The schedule consists of 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-3-2 schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am, and the ability to work holidays and weekends is required based on business needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Valid Class A Commercial driver's license required
  • 1 or more years of experience driving a yard truck is preferred
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Experience with warehouse inventory scanners and basic maintenance equipment is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and SAP experience is a plus
  • Prior forklift or heavy equipment experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time and drive backwards as needed
  • Ability to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working for Primo Brands
  • Possess a clean driving record with specific criteria outlined
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement for CDL A drivers)

Responsibilities

  • Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgency
  • Adhere to all required safety requirements, company policies, and procedures
  • Move trailers in and out of the dock in a timely manner
  • Inspect trailers and loads in the yard and on the dock as needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely loading and unloading of tractor-trailers per pick ticket requirements
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems, follow preventative maintenance procedures, and make basic repairs and document adjustments
  • Prepare and continuously document all reporting requirements accurately and in a timely manner
  • Interact with warehouse team members, production, and quality control to maximize output efficiency, quality, and safety
  • Work with peers and teammates to achieve departmental and plant goals
  • Follow plant standards to execute the recycling program which includes the operation of a grinder and baler
  • Operate a forklift to perform shipping/receiving activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize various desktop systems to prioritize and organize workload
  • Work independently and as a team to accomplish daily tasks
  • Dock coordination and loading/shipping duties as needed
