About The Position

Grain Millers, Inc. is a global leader in the production and distribution of whole grain ingredients, including organic and conventional oats, used in many of the world's most recognized food brands. With over 38 years of excellence, we're more than just an ingredient supplier-we're a trusted partner in food innovation and quality. While you may not know our name, you've almost certainly enjoyed our products. At Grain Millers, we believe in work-life balance and rewarding hard work. Our 4-on/4-off schedule means you'll work approximately 180 days per year-far fewer than a traditional Monday through Friday job. Add in three weeks of paid time off during your first year and optional (never mandatory) overtime, and you'll have plenty of time to enjoy life outside of work. We offer a supportive team culture, opportunities for advancement, and a stable, growing company you can build a career with. As a Warehouse Utility Operator, you'll be responsible for operating toting stations to fill super sacks with oatmeal and other grain products. Once filled, you'll use a forklift to transport the super sacks, enter inventory data into our warehouse system, and print and apply tracking labels. You'll also tie, label, and stretch wrap the super sacks before moving them to temporary storage in our warehouse. When not actively filling super sacks, you'll help maintain a clean and organized workspace, perform quality checks, inspect magnets for foreign materials, and assist with loading bulk trailers and supporting mill operations as needed.
