About The Position

John F. Martin & Sons, LLC, a 3rd/4th generation, family-owned manufacturer & distributor of quality meat & cheese products, is seeking a Warehouse Utility/Yard Jockey. The main responsibility of this role will be as a warehouse utility worker (80%) with the capability to make yard moves when needed (20%).

Requirements

• Ability to operate Forklift
• Ability to operate Pallet Jacks
• Ability to use RF Scanner
• Basic Computer Skills
• Ability to operate a yard truck

Responsibilities

• Order Picking of Customer Orders & Replenishment
• Operate Forklift & Pallet Jacks
• Loading & Unloading Trailers
• Inbound & Outbound Paperwork / RF Scanner / Basic Computer Skills
• Move trailers and other equipment around the yard using a yard truck
• Ensure that trailers are properly positioned for loading and unloading
• Perform daily safety checks on the yard truck and report any issues to management
