About The Position

Capstone Logistics is seeking Warehouse Associates to join our team in Gainesville, FL. This full-time position involves loading and unloading materials both by hand and with equipment, as well as performing other duties as assigned by site leadership. Associates are compensated based on their productivity, with earnings ranging from $500 to $900+ weekly. The work is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring individuals to lift and carry materials weighing between 25 to 75 lbs. We are looking for high-energy individuals with a strong work ethic who are willing to work hard and deliver results.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred but not required.
