About The Position

HVAC Cowboys is a fast-growing, locally owned company serving the Austin area. They are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse & Transportation Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and manage delivery logistics. This role is critical to ensuring field teams are equipped with the materials they need—on time and organized. This position may also support additional operational areas, including the equipment rental department. Requirements

Previous experience in warehouse management, logistics, or transportation management
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience managing inventory systems and delivery operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities as needed

Nice To Haves

HVAC industry experience is strongly preferred
CDL is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Oversee all warehouse operations including inventory management, organization, and cleanliness
Coordinate and manage delivery schedules across the Austin and surrounding areas
Supervise drivers and warehouse staff
Maintain accurate inventory levels and ordering processes
Ensure timely and efficient loading/unloading of materials
Optimize delivery routes and logistics for efficiency
Assist with equipment rental logistics, including transporting and managing rental units
Support additional HVAC-related operational needs as the business grows
Enforce safety standards and operational procedures
Collaborate with field teams and leadership to meet company needs
