From receiving inbound shipments to staging product for installation, you ensure the right materials are in the right place at the right time — safely, efficiently, and accurately. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, project success, and company performance. What You’ll Do Warehouse Operations Excellence Receive inbound shipments and document product condition accurately Locate, store, pull, and stage furniture safely and cost-effectively Document and manage inventory locations with precision Maintain inventory accuracy for sold orders and asset management customers Execute merchandise return policies and disposition plans Prepare installations for success through organized staging and communication Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement Identify and reduce waste and inefficiencies Use a structured problem-solving approach (Document → Plan → Do → Check → Act) Create visual tools to track workload, KPIs, and workflow progress Collaborate across teams to improve speed, quality, and outcomes Encourage knowledge sharing and practical experimentation Performance & Customer Impact Deliver solutions that help win and retain customers Meet or exceed expectations for communication and response times Contribute to corporate objectives such as reducing punch lists, improving margins, and strengthening project pipelines What We’re Looking For Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse and inventory management experience Strong understanding of warehouse processes and procedures Core Competencies Accountability and consistency Strong communication and customer focus Goal-driven with initiative and a positive attitude Effective problem-solving skills Team-oriented with a commitment to quality Willingness to train, mentor, and continue developing professionally Physical & Compliance Requirements Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Must pass background check DOT Clearance required Forklift and OSHA certifications not required (but welcome) Our Values in Action At Goodmans, we are guided by: People First – The welfare of our team is our priority. Requirements

  • 2+ years of warehouse and inventory management experience
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes and procedures
