About The Position
The Warehouse Technician (part-time) supports warehouse and service operations through order preparation, inventory management, equipment assembly and maintenance, and product testing assistance. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, maintaining a clean workspace and office space, and flexibility to support various operational needs.
Requirements
- GED/High School Diploma.
- Satisfactorily complete 3 months on-the-job training.
- Forklift certificate
Responsibilities
- Prep orders for shipping including Labels and Bill of Lading when necessary.
- Measure, Inspect and label Lining Materials
- Test New Equipment
- Assemble Vacuum Pumps and various pneumatic components
- Verifying incoming shipments and report to Supervisor any shortages.
- Responsible for month end inventory count as well as Inventory Spreadsheet
- Assist Technical Manager in house demos/testing.
- Assist with equipment service
- Re-package chemicals to smaller containers, using safety precautions described in the SDS sheets.
- Work in a safe manner at all times by following the company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean work environment by performing cleaning duties when required.
- Complete assigned duties.
- Perform other related duties incidental to work described herein.
