Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Essential functions may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills, and other characteristics. Inspect, test, troubleshoot and repairs all ChampionX Artificial Lift products to the highest standards Perform work as required by Manager on Artificial Lift products in the workshop Work effectively as part of the team Communicate all product performance and reliability issues with Manager Drives and contributes to the department continuous improvement culture by identifying and suggesting areas for improvement and encouraging team members to do the same. Assist with Field based work as required or requested Provide training to other members of the Pump Shop as required Maintain a clean and tidy facility (Workshop, Yard, Warehouse and Vehicles) Maintenance of tools, plant and equipment as required. Learn about new products and procedures constantly Attend and actively participate in all training allocated (internal and external) and undergo regular competency assessments as required to ensure the required skill level is maintained for the relevant tasks Ensure all tasks and decisions are performed in an efficient and cost-effective manner Knows and enforces compliance with safety policies and procedures as well as quality objectives and policies Picks and packs orders ensuring accruacy. Orders may include to clients, intercompany inventory tranfers, or subinventory transfers between field utes. Unloads incoming materials, products, parts and equipment and checks for condition. Same day receipting of goods, where practical, and ensures that physical stock received is accurate and any errors, short delivered items or NCR products are reported following company procedures. Loads outgoing products and equipment ensuring correct Chain of Responsibilty guidelines are followed. Assist with the accurate and timely shipping of goods in Company’s ERP system (Oracle), including same day communication of potential schedule slips where customer requirements (internal and external) may not be met. Assist with the storage and security of parts and inventory in accordance with Company guidelines or as instructed ensuring correct labelling, FIFO (First In, First Out) process, weight restrictions and racking standards are being adhered to. Assist with regular cycle counts, including same day turnaround of results, and identifies necessary recounts. Responsibilities
