Requirements

  • Work Experience: Warehouse experience
  • Powered Industrial Vehicles proficiency
  • Skills: General HSE Knowledge
  • GMP Knowledge
  • Languages: English

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end warehousing such as receiving, storing, sampling, issuing, cycle counting
  • Works with the Supply Chain team to ensure inventory levels are accurate and materials are stored in the appropriate locations.
  • Supports manufacturing work orders and/or KANBAN material requests.
  • Records all inventory movements accurately and contemporaneously in ERP systems.
  • Coordinates the movement of finished product, released raw materials, returned MFG/PKG components and kitted components according to production schedule.
  • Processes Material Destruction Orders to ensure accurate inventory management and proper destruction of expired and rejected materials.
  • Facilitates temperature sensitive shipments.
  • Completes weekly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Supports TR&D and QC Laboratory material requests.
  • Stays current on all training requirements, including: departmental SOP's, Work Instructions and general site procedures and policies.
  • Completes daily report for communication between shifts.
  • Safely performs all tasks associated with the loading and unloading of carriers.
  • Operates Powered Industrial Vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintains general good housekeeping and organization of materials within assigned workspace.
