About The Position

The Warehouse Technician will be responsible for, but not limited to, maintaining the warehouse operations including, inventory organization, equipment, appearance and staging area.

Requirements

• Class A license highly preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Knowledge of agriculture fertilizer and pesticide
• Must possess basic math skills including, but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication and division
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Valid Driver’s License (DMV printout required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Sitting and/or standing, walking, climbing stairs
• Twisting, bending, stooping, pushing, grasping, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs

Nice To Haves

• Previous industry experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain general warehouse appearance including inside and outside the building
• Maintain inventory numbers accurately for daily, weekly, monthly cycle counts
• Responsible for pulling products and preparing the loads for each order consistently
• Assist Warehouse Manager by informing when products are low and disposing of damaged inventory safely as required
• Maintains forklift maintenance and service schedule
• Assist Warehouse Manager in monitoring mileage and required service on delivery vehicles
• Assist with deliveries
• Performs other duties as assigned
