These services include design, construction, updates, and maintenance of new and existing datacenter facilities. Warehouse Technician – Data Center The Warehouse Technician will perform general warehouse duties and functions which will relate to all inbound, outbound, and inventory control operations within a high-velocity distribution environment supporting data-center construction, hyperscale expansion, and critical-infrastructure programs. This role ensures accurate material availability, tight asset control, and on-time delivery to project sites and installation teams. Receiving, put-away, picking, staging, kitting, cycle counting, and compliance functions while maintaining customer-grade service levels for major hyperscale clients. Keep the warehouse clean and in order, in addition to assisting managers and senior warehouse technicians. Must maintain and enforce the safety program. Ensure daily safety plans are reviewed and followed. Stop work when unsafe work practices or conditions exist Performs relatively routine tasks in the warehouse under moderate supervision, with work being reviewed for adequacy and accuracy Maintains inventory of parts and supplies Fills out proper forms and prepares packages for shipment Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Requirements

  • Up to 1-3 years of related experience required
  • High School Graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills preferred
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
  • Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting.
  • Hand manipulation is required for grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Right and/or left hands utilized.
  • Will have need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, for supplies, as well as below the shoulder for same.
  • Must be able to lift objects of up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be alert to equipment in the field, there will be travel, will work near construction job site equipment when in the field, occasional need to work near hazardous equipment and machinery, need to walk on uneven ground, exposure to dust, gas or fumes, exposure to noise, extremes in temperature or humidity, and potential work at heights.
