About The Position

The Warehouse Tech at Eagle Core, EAGCO, plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse activities by managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and supporting logistics processes. This position is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all materials are handled safely and in compliance with company standards. The Warehouse Tech collaborates closely with team members and other departments to optimize workflow and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. By utilizing technology and warehouse management systems, the role supports real-time tracking and reporting of inventory levels to facilitate timely decision-making. Ultimately, this position contributes to the overall supply chain effectiveness, helping Eagle Core meet customer demands and operational goals consistently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts (certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift operator certification.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments to ensure quality and quantity standards are met.
• Organize and store materials in designated locations to maximize space utilization and maintain orderliness.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning devices safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping regulations.
• Maintain inventory records using warehouse management software and conduct regular cycle counts to verify stock levels.
• Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to coordinate timely delivery and replenishment of stock.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of warehouse equipment to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to promote a secure working environment.
