About The Position

This Warehouse Tech II position involves safely loading outbound freight, ensuring accuracy and damage-free handling, and receiving raw materials and packaging from vendors. The role requires obtaining and maintaining licensing for operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment, as well as operating and troubleshooting ULF/robot palletizers to maintain throughput. Responsibilities also include providing accurate and timely service to production teams, maintaining inventories of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging, and anticipating potential issues by reviewing production schedules and inventory levels. The successful candidate will participate in warehouse sanitation activities and actively engage in team and pre-shift meetings. This role requires an engaged, self-directed, and collaborative mindset, with strong focus, critical thinking skills, and professional integrity. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Safely load outbound freight for customer orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and damage‑free handling while following all procedures and meeting or exceeding established goals.
  • Receive raw materials, packaging, and other materials from vendors accurately and without damage, following all required procedures.
  • Obtain and maintain licensing for operating a forklift and other material-handling equipment.
  • Operate ULF/robot palletizers and troubleshoot issues to maintain throughput.
  • Provide accurate and timely service to production teams.
  • Accurately count and maintain inventories of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging.
  • Anticipate and communicate potential issues by reviewing production schedules in relation to available materials and inventory levels.
  • Participate in warehouse sanitation activities as directed, following all guidelines to support company objectives.
  • Actively participate as a team member in all team and pre‑shift meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
