Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
  • 1-3 months related experience required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge required. Must be able to utilize database software, inventory software, order-processing systems, and word-processing software.
  • Must be able to regularly lift/move 50-75 pounds, and occasionally lift/move 75-100 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect product for quality and accuracy. Document and report any discrepancies or damages to the appropriate personnel.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS transactions and regular stock checks. Organize and label product for easy retrieval and tracking.
  • Order Picking and Packing: Pick product from storage locations according to workflow on RF Gun. Carefully package items for shipping to ensure safe and accurate delivery.
  • Shipping: Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including shipping labels, packing lists, and final destination staging. Coordinate with proper personnel on time sensitive (RUSH) orders.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times. Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Participate in safety training programs and report any safety hazards or incidents.
  • Organization and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that product and supplies are stored properly. Assist in keeping the warehouse clean and free of debris while maintaining area 5S checklist.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow Warehouse Teammates and other departments. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory and operational issues.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
