Requirements

Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable using basic technology (inventory systems, tablets).
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent mechanical skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!

Responsibilities

Handle all phases of warehousing: receiving, staging, loading, and inventory control.
Maintain organization and safety standards in the warehouse.
Stage and assemble materials for door installers and technicians; assist with loading/unloading.
Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate order staging.
Communicate with other departments regarding order changes, missing parts, and scheduling updates.
Deliver materials to corporate locations safely and on time.
Operate company vehicles and equipment as needed.
Support building and product security, including damage prevention.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
