About The Position

Earn a $1000 bonus! This role qualifies for a $1000 Hiring Bonus if you are hired and start working by Dec. 31, 2025 . Depending on the position and meeting eligibility requirements, the bonus is paid after 90 days of employment. Overview As a Warehouse Team Member you will store merchandise or materials, fill orders, and pack, crate, and ship products to customers. The Warehouse Picker operates powered equipment to load/unload materials from trucks and/or racking, and transfers product physically and systematically to support production in the department. Starting pay $20-$22.00 Pay increases to $22-$25.00 after 1 year Includes shift differential Benefits include pay-on-demand via Rain, quarterly bonuses, The Revolution Fund, onsite gym with free group classes, healthcare, 401k, and more. We have openings at our 5th Avenue location, on all shifts. Some positions require weekend availability. 1st Shift: 7:30am - 3:30pm 2nd Shift: 4pm - 12am 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7am Rogue Fitness is a Drug Free Workplace. A 10-panel drug screen (including marijuana) and pre-employment background check are required. Responsibilities Include Warehousing and storage of all merchandise, supplies, and equipment Inspecting incoming shipments Load/unload materials, including overhead and from ground level Maintain good housekeeping in work area Picking, consolidating, and packaging outgoing orders using RF scanners Band and wrap outgoing freight orders Complete pre-shift inspection to ensure equipment is operating in a safe manner Load and unload product into carrier’s vehicles

Requirements

Must be proficient in the English language for both written and verbal communication
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet
Safely operate all powered equipment
Must be able to remain standing for 7+ hours a day
Strong attention to detail and must be alert to quality issues
