About The Position

Join the Team That Keeps the Coffee Flowing We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help keep our roasting plant's warehouse running smoothly on second shift. As part of the warehouse crew, you’ll play a key role in getting fresh coffee and supplies out the door to our stores and customers across the country. You’ll learn the ins and outs of warehouse operations, from receiving and staging materials to loading outbound shipments, all while working alongside a team that values safety, collaboration, and pride in craftsmanship. Note that this is a 2nd shift position with working hours of 3:30 pm - midnight. What You’ll Do Pick, pack, and process orders accurately to keep our supply chain moving Receive and stage incoming shipments with precision and care Safely operate forklifts and powered equipment (training and certification provided) Maintain accurate inventory using our warehouse management system (D365) and RF scanners Keep your workspace and shared areas clean, organized, and food-safe Support teammates and contribute to a positive, productive work environment Who You Are You bring energy and focus to every shift and take pride in doing quality work You thrive in a team setting and look for ways to help others succeed You’re reliable, self-motivated, and open to learning new skills You care about doing things safely and efficiently You’re physically able to lift up to 55 lbs regularly (and occasionally up to 80 lbs) and can stay active throughout the shift What You Bring At least 1 year of warehouse or related experience Familiarity with warehouse systems (D365/WMS) a plus What Benefits do Peetniks Receive? The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
