Make it Happen We, Not Me As a Warehouse Worker, you’ll use material handling equipment and warehouse management systems to: Order pulling and picking, for outbound shipments Order and product staging Receive and put away inventory Replenish pick locations Support clean, safe, and organized warehouse operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights/weekends
- Strong team spirit and ownership mindset
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse and MHE experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Loading & Shipping Load pallets in correct temp zones & spec order Hand-stack, restack, and secure trailers as needed Pre-cool trailers and set cooling units Use dock restraints and follow all SOPs
- Equipment Operation & Safety Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF units Conduct daily inspections of equipment Follow lifting techniques and safety protocols
- Housekeeping & Standards Keep your area clean and clutter-free Minimize product damage and reduce waste
- Performance & Flexibility Meet daily production & accuracy goals Be ready to assist across departments Occasionally support inventory counts
