Warehouse Team Member - 1st Shift
About The Position
Landmark Snacks is looking for a Warehouse Team Member to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. The goal of the warehouse team member is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
- Sufficient written communication and reading skills
- Ability to operate or to quickly learn equipment
- Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to assess products for quality compliance
- Must have good hand/eye coordination
Nice To Haves
- Experience using a forklift and professional forklift certification is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep clean and safe working environment and optimize space
- Operate a pallet jack and forklift safely and efficiently
