About The Position
Full-Time Warehouse Team Member Scheduled Days : Monday through Friday Shift : 1st Start Time: 6:00am or 10:00 am Quarterly Bonuses: As a valued team member, you will be eligible to receive quarterly performance bonuses Do it Best Group is a member-owned hardware, lumber, and building materials cooperative serving independent home improvement retailers across the globe. This position is based at our Wilkes-Barre, PA facility, where two operations are strategically housed under one roof to drive efficiency and collaboration. Do it Best & True Value are ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Hanover and Wilkes-Barre distribution center located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks. As a Do it Best Group team member you can also expect: Earn up to $24.52 /hr Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.25 - $22.55 per hour Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.68 - $1.97 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus Regular weekday hours A drug-free work environment that focuses on everyone’s safety Generous paid time off available at 60 days
Requirements
- Qualified candidates must be able to:
- Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
- Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
- Assist in team lifts
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
- Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulder
- NOTE: amount of time worked at each task varies, as needed
