About The Position

The Warehouse Team Member (Part-time) at Dickies Arena is responsible for a variety of warehouse activities including receiving, storing, inventory management, and distribution of food and beverage items. This role is crucial for maintaining safety and sanitation standards within the warehouse and throughout the arena during events. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, as hours will vary based on the event schedule, and it involves working primarily during evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• 2+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in high volume, complex food service operations preferred.
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles and warehouse equipment strongly preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills with management and guests.
• Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sports and/or entertainment venues.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive inventory from vendors and stock products in an orderly manner.
• Pull products and distribute them to various departments in a timely manner.
• Ensure all products are properly stored, rotated, and dated according to policies.
• Monitor inventory for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Provide professional and courteous service to guests and team members.
• Assist and support other Food and Beverage departments as needed.
• Follow and enforce policies for the safe service of alcoholic beverages.
