About The Position

The Warehouse Team Member II is responsible for ensuring accurate product handling, staging, and shipment in compliance with company and customer standards. This role supports shipping and receiving operations while maintaining food safety, quality, and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of warehouse experience (food industry preferred).
• Forklift certification required (Reach, Stand-Up, Pallet Jack).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong math, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull and organize product using FIFO and proper code date rotation.
• Verify order quantities and complete required shipping documentation.
• Properly shrink-wrap and label pallets prior to staging.
• Conduct trailer inspections before loading and unloading.
• Operate reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, and electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, SQF, USDA, and company safety standards.
• Assist Shipping and Receiving teams as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safe equipment operation.
