ABB Electrification is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily operations and support a productive, organized work environment. In this role, you will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to improve workflow, reinforce efficient order kitting, and drive continuous improvements across the warehouse.
Your Role: Take on the Journey
Assist management in daily operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management.
Provides regular feedback and makes recommendations to management regarding issues within the warehouse, including warehouse organization, shifting priorities and possible critical situations.
Oversee picking, packing, and labeling of products to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout order fulfillment.
Create shift schedules and assign work zones to optimize space, labor, and workflow across the warehouse.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory control to perform regular cycle counts and stock adjustments.
Ensures the shift operation is run in compliance with health & safety policies and guidelines.
Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., purchasing, customer service, operations, etc.) to resolve issues and maintain efficient operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3-5 years warehouse experience a plus
• Prior experience in leadership a plus
• A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
