About The Position

Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America with a focus on healthy hydration. The Warehouse Lead is responsible for ensuring our products are moved across the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner. They must load and unload route trucks manually or with a forklift. Also, they are responsible for guaranteeing adequate inventory management, good housekeeping, and warehouse standards. This role assists our warehouse associates and forklift operators. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and ensure all activities meet the goals of our organization. Reporting Location: Mableton, GA Compensation: $ 23.00/ hour + 6%-8% of base hourly rate shift differential paid for applicable hours worked Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs) Start Time: 4:00 PM – until work is complete. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
  • Two or more years of prior experience within a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Strong understanding of warehouse, distribution and inventory processes
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and business management software, SAP experience is preferred
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required
  • Solid communication skills with the ability to influence and lead change
  • Demonstrated success in achieving results and driving continuous improvement
  • Willingness and ability to work nights and respond on call to critical issues
  • Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a consumer products, food or beverage desired!
  • SAP experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in making sure warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded
  • Reviewing daily achievement of targets and reporting variances during on-the-floor and debrief meetings
  • Actively participate in OR’s or special meetings within the region
  • Driving inventory accuracy results
  • Facilitating seamless handoffs and communicating key information to peers, team members and management
  • Understanding internal and external regulations, procedures & policies and apply them fairly and consistently
  • Maintaining contingency plans for time sensitive operations (unscheduled absentees, equipment issues, system or process malfunctions, inventory exceptions)
  • Driving departmental results using the Primo Brands Continuous Excellence (BCE) process
  • Ensuring complete compliance to prescribed GMP's and internal Primo Brands standards
  • Assist in warehouse utility responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager
