Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required.?
A minimum of two (2) years of previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse atmosphere, including receiving, pulling orders, packing and shipping required.
Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment (i.e., forklift, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.) required. ?
Valid driver's license required. ?

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Team Lead monitors work flow in assigned zones to ensure timely, accurate completion of daily jobs within warehouse.
Receive, store, and distribute material and products within the distribution center.
Supervises Team members on the production floor to ensure order accuracy, drives productivity and enforce safety and housekeeping.
Communicate issues and actions taken with Warehouse Manager daily.
Assist and/or make assignments for the day-to-day work flow, filling in where needed.
Lead and assist in developing employees to achieve desired results and maximize their potential.
Read production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, and/or requisition to determine items to be moved or distributed.
Other duties and special projects as requested. ?

Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.
