Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license required
Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain certification)

Nice To Haves

3+ years of warehouse experience preferred
Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
Experience with ERP systems (IQMS a plus)

Responsibilities

Supervise and support material handlers in daily warehouse activities
Train team members on scanner use and ERP system (IQMS)
Assist Warehouse Supervisor with interviews, hiring, and employee evaluations
Monitor attendance and performance, coach for improvement
Resolve employee conflicts professionally and fairly
Adjust staffing between buildings to meet operational demands
Ensure accurate receiving, transfers, and shipping transactions in IQMS
Review and verify pick tickets and third-shift transfers
Conduct and support inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels
Tracks regrind inventory and coordinate movement with purchasing
Verify all outgoing shipments are properly documented and signed
Receive raw materials and cartons
Communicate with production regarding incoming goods
Ensure all deliveries scheduled by the Transportation Coordinator are completed accurately and on time
Coordinate transfers between Buildings 1, 3, and 4
Work closely with Customer Service to support order fulfillment
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. frequently
Ability to stand, walk, climb, and operate forklift equipment
Work performed in a general manufacturing environment
