Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain certification)

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred
  • Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems (IQMS a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support material handlers in daily warehouse activities
  • Train team members on scanner use and ERP system (IQMS)
  • Assist Warehouse Supervisor with interviews, hiring, and employee evaluations
  • Monitor attendance and performance, coach for improvement
  • Resolve employee conflicts professionally and fairly
  • Adjust staffing between buildings to meet operational demands
  • Ensure accurate receiving, transfers, and shipping transactions in IQMS
  • Review and verify pick tickets and third-shift transfers
  • Conduct and support inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Tracks regrind inventory and coordinate movement with purchasing
  • Verify all outgoing shipments are properly documented and signed
  • Receive raw materials and cartons
  • Communicate with production regarding incoming goods
  • Ensure all deliveries scheduled by the Transportation Coordinator are completed accurately and on time
  • Coordinate transfers between Buildings 1, 3, and 4
  • Work closely with Customer Service to support order fulfillment
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. frequently
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, and operate forklift equipment
  • Work performed in a general manufacturing environment
