About The Position

Coleto Brands, parent company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is looking for a Warehouse Team Lead to join our growing team in Jefferson, GA. The regular work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Overtime availability is required Monday through Friday from 4:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with occasional Saturday coverage as needed. Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a high-volume distribution center environment
Previous leadership experience or experience in a lead/supportive role preferred
Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficiency in operating all types of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), including forklifts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead by example, build trust, and drive accountability
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Adaptable to changing business needs, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines
Strong understanding of safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Train, coach and guide team members to meet performance, quality, and safety standards
Monitor employee productivity and provide real-time feedback and support
Enforce compliance of all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Use SAP and RF devices to track order progress and ensure timely order picking and fulfillment
Process orders to completion in SAP to ensure accuracy and readiness for shipment
Identify and report any missing, damaged, or misplaced inventory to the supervisor
Ensure all shipments are properly labeled, packed, and secure for transit
Participate in daily team huddles, safety meetings, and ongoing training sessions
Maintain a clean and organized workspace using the 5S methodology
Complete daily operational and performance reports accurately and on time
Collaborate with warehouse leadership on special projects and operational improvements
Perform other duties as assigned to support team and business needs
