About The Position
We are seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities This job will be a working team lead position meaning the expectation will also be to operate an electric pallet jack andor unload containers depending on the need The Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team ensuring efficient processes maintaining inventory accuracy and promoting a safe work environment Shift 2nd Shift Full time Salary 21 23hour DOE
Requirements
- Experience operating an electric pallet jack and manually unloading containers
- Experience working to meet productivity metrics
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using warehouse management software

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse team members
- Train and onboard new team members
- Ensure accurate receiving storing picking and shipping of products
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts
- Enforce safety procedures and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and workflows
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities and performance
