About The Position

Under appropriate supervision with latitude for independent judgment, performs a variety of assignments, both technical and clerical, including cycle counting, BLR and non-conforming products. Also includes implementing, coordinating and assisting in the application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria to carry out a sequence of related warehousing functions and responsibilities. Duties require manual, clerical and data entry skills.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 2 years of recent management experience in logistics to be considered for this position
Must have a strong attendance record
Commitment to the well-being of fellow associates
Good knowledge of WSI policies and Safety & Health guidelines
Good inter-personal and communication skills

Responsibilities

Maintain the BLR folders and Michelin BLR system including block orders, sorts, and treatments.
Maintain all BLR tires physically and systematically including daily/weekly counts, wrapping the tires, etc.
Main the TNC5 Status Report.
Directs and/or performs assigned duties such as maintaining records.
Tracks, validates, measures and inputs all activities in Time & Attendance and metrics reporting.
Assists in training new employees as required.
Assists in scheduling work assignments.
Thorough knowledge of WSI Employee Handbook.
Has some knowledge of Microsoft Office package; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Monitor BLR process to ensure client specification
Other duties assigned by the Inventory Control Manager
