Warehouse team leaders are responsible for various job duties within the warehouse/distribution center. These duties include, but are not limited to, supervision and mentoring of up to 25 or more employees, preparing reports and completing audits. Ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met and exceeded, communicating with employees, management and customers. Determine work priorities, prepare work schedules, expedite workflow

• Communicate with management
• Train new associates, plan, assign and direct work
• Resolve problems
