Responsibilities

Operate turret trucks, order pickers, and wire-guided narrow-aisle equipment with confidence and safety.
Lead and coach your team in 5S principles — keeping the warehouse organized, clean, and efficient.
Jump in wherever needed — picking, loading, and solving problems on the spot.
Communicate clearly and respectfully across all departments.
Drive daily goals and push for continuous improvement.
