About The Position
As a Warehouse Team Lead at Dealer Tire, your essential job functions will include leading the assigned function (receiving or shipping), providing direction to associates within the function and troubleshooting issues. You will assist in supervising all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure they are correct and carried out in a timely fashion. Additionally, you will aid in inventory control training and execution of cycle counts and physical inventory counts to ensure that inventory is accurate and organized. You will collaborate with the leadership team to resolve inventory control discrepancies and check contents of orders as filled and assembled. Your role will also involve ensuring a safe work environment, collaborating with management on employee initiatives, and providing input into performance assessments of team members.
