As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing the flow of goods, materials, and equipment across DOCOMO PACIFIC’s warehouses. From receiving shipments and organizing inventory to processing orders and maintaining accurate stock records, your work ensures that every department has what they need, when they need it. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability make all the difference.

Requirements

  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office; experience with inventory systems (QuickBooks or similar) a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic instructions, safety rules, and operational procedures.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, with frequent standing, walking, and reaching.
  • Ability to obtain Chauffeur’s License and Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC) if required.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office; experience with inventory systems (QuickBooks or similar) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Safely store materials and equipment in an organized manner to maximize warehouse space and accessibility.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare stock for delivery or pickup to fulfill internal and external customer orders.
  • Support accurate inventory management by participating in regular stock counts and system reconciliations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment that meets OSHA and company standards.
  • Perform routine testing and repairs of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), including modems, set-top boxes, and gateways (training provided).
  • Tag and record assets, ensuring proper documentation for company records.
  • Assist with storm preparations and recovery procedures as outlined in company SOPs.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Manager and Finance Operations team to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Support general administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, and responding to requests.
