About The Position

The company's Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) division is responsible for ensuring products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable, and delivered on time, participating in the total life cycle from conception to deactivation with a focus on product support disciplines like Reliability, System Safety, and Supportability. This Warehouse Support role is crucial within LCE, specifically supporting the Patriot program by performing various warehouse activities for the Tactical Command System (TCS), Battery Command Post (BCP), Reconfigurable Tactical Command System (R-TCS), and other Patriot subcomponents.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
  • Experience with Inventory control, shipping and receiving, warehousing, procurement, SOP development and enforcement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with reviewing and understanding Technical Data Packages such and drawings and models.
  • Extensive Knowledge with customer service and response to meeting delivery schedules with forecasting of parts and components
  • Excellent communication, organization and investigative skills
  • Ability to work independently and to deliver accurate documentation under deadline pressures
  • Experience with AS9100 or industry standards

Responsibilities

  • Perform warehouse activities in support of the Patriot program for the Tactical Command System (TCS), Battery Command Post (BCP), and Reconfigurable Tactical Command System (R-TCS) along with other Patriot subcomponents.
  • Utilize an internal inventory database to create, receive, and allocate purchase orders to replenish Inventory sparing.
  • Review repair orders for sourcing accuracy and cost effectiveness.
  • Ensure standards are met though observation, maintenance of visual tools, and execution of standard work.
  • Assist with developing and executing production plans based on product delivery requirements.
  • Participate in shipping and receiving of the warehouse inventory for subcomponents of the Patriot weapon system.
  • Review ECP documentation and identify the changes and deletions for impacts.
