Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising or coaching teams in a fast-paced operational or warehouse environment.
  • Working knowledge of electronic equipment, including PCs, notebooks, servers, printers, routers, and switches.
  • Ability to identify and categorize IT equipment by reading serial numbers, model information, and small-font labeling.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
  • Ability to perform physical job requirements, including sitting, standing, bending, twisting, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of EPC experience.
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse equipment such as balers, scales, pallet jacks, or similar machinery.
  • Familiarity with e-Stewards, ISO 14001, or comparable environmental, health, and safety standards

Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and develop team leads and warehouse staff, fostering accountability, engagement, and performance.
  • Supervise raw commodity shipments and oversee preparation of DMO commodities for downstream recycling.
  • Manage inbound and outbound product flow, ensuring accurate documentation, logs, BOLs, and supporting paperwork.
  • Plan, prioritize, and assign daily work based on operational demands, production goals, and staffing levels.
  • Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality to ensure compliance, accuracy, and on-time completion.
  • Optimize the use of labor, equipment, and materials to maintain safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
  • Coach, train, and provide ongoing feedback to employees to improve performance and support professional growth.
  • Maintain employee records, including timecards, attendance tracking, performance reviews, and PIPs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Partner with management and cross-functional teams to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by facility management.
