Requirements
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to maintain DOT Medical card requirements
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
- High school diploma or GED required
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience a plus (we can train)
- 1+ year of delivery warehouse or industrial experience preferred, especially in construction or industrial settings
Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, pick, and stage products
- Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Help with delivery prep and customer order staging
- Safely operate a Cargo Van vehicle
- Deliver tools, fasteners, and materials to jobsites, warehouses, and residential customers
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery location
- Report vehicle, delivery, or route issues promptly
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
