About The Position

The Driver I position will physically conduct basic warehouse procedures to transport and deliver items to internal customers. This role involves loading/unloading and logging incoming shipments accurately, inspecting all incoming shipments for damage, and reporting any damages at the time of receipt. The driver will demonstrate accuracy in picking, sorting, and stacking items in preparation for delivery, ensuring that all items are delivered to the correct departments on schedule. Following department SOPs and Work Instructions without deviation is essential, as well as performing all scanner functions as instructed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with intercompany departments are required, along with the ability to learn and follow workflows. The position also requires demonstrating Fagron Values and Family Rules, along with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Clean Driving Record is required.
• Ability to acquire CDA status is required.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft AX or ERP systems is preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
