About The Position

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Warehouse Clerk to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in West Yellowstone, Montana. Requirements

No high school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse
Experience receiving using a data entry system, inventorying, and shipping
Computer knowledge and good communication skills
Basic math skills and the ability to handle counts accurately
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Frequent bending, stooping, carrying, walking, and reaching

Nice To Haves

Retail experience and knowledge of merchandise receiving processes, preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and NetSuite, preferred

Responsibilities

Data entry for receiving
Follow up with vendors and receivers, regarding any additional information receiving invoice data
Maximize margins and comply with NPS 48 pricing structure for grocery by paying close attention to invoices, price and costing
Unload, unpack, and inspect shipments of products, and report any damage, missing items, or inconsistencies
Price items with appropriate mark-ups and labeling for inventory control
Aid in the maintenance of merchandise counts, daily records, and transfers within the inventory system
Assist in physical inventories and inform supervisor of any low or over abundance in stock
Data entry for receiving
Perform other duties assigned
