About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles is essential.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards within a warehouse environment.
• Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and other materials handling equipment is required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the warehouse.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimize processes and improve productivity.
• Oversee the movement, storage, and inventory of products in a warehouse setting.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
• Prepare and receive orders, as well as move, stock, scan, and record product inventory.
• Load and unload orders; inspect inventory; conduct inventory; report issues with deliveries.
• Implement best practices in materials handling to minimize waste and improve operational efficiency.
